Hi folks as I discussed in my early blogs that due to covid-19 all restaurants food vendors and all sorts of prepared food shops are closed for further orders
but as we are preparing all food at home and have permission to deliver from local authorities from Monday we have all service open as per the administration guidelines proper care is taken of social distancing and hygiene so one no need to worry regarding that and instead of tiffin we are using disposable containers for distributing of food as its only one time use

Key Ingredients
500 grams Mutton
200 grams onions
250 grams curd
1 cup fresh coriander leaves
½ cup fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 tbsp Ghee
1/2 tsp + Kashmiri / degi chili powder
1 1/2 tbsp Oil
2 nos Black Peppercorns
Star anise
basmati rice
Bay leaves
Black cardamom
Procedure
how it is cooked
in this delicious and mouth-watering dish, the gravy is made of frying onions in ghee until it's little brown and then mutton pieces are sauteed for 20, to 30 minutes and then slowly cooked on low flame up to 80 % of mutton is cooked and later own layering is done with rice, little nit of deep-fried onions, dry fruits fresh mint leaves and coriander and then again put on low flame for up to 10 to 15 minutes. after all this hard work this dish is prepared. and served with raita (curd)

Indian Cottage Cheese and bell peppers are cooked in freshly ground spicy masala! Kadai Paneer. Ingredients 2 tablespoons coriander seeds 2 dried red chilies 4 green cardamom 1 teaspoon fennel seeds 3 cloves
the process is very simple the paneer cubes are sauteed with onions and bell pepper and with some Indian spices and served with roti/parantha
